It’s every member’s responsibility to bring new members into our union by bringing organizing leads to the organizing committee members of the Local Lodge and District Lodge.

     We encourage the participation in this process at every Local Lodge and District Lodge monthly meetings.

     Being union is and will be a vital need for every working person in workplaces all across America for the future.

     The momentum to be union is again gaining ground in every state across the United States and Canada. The Non-Organized employees see the distinct advantage of being union. Having a strong voice on the job by collectively bargaining together to get their fair share of the profits that their employer enjoys.
